The Seattle Mariners are a Major League Baseball team based in Seattle, known for their passionate fan base and vibrant game‑day culture. Their beloved mascot, Mariner Moose, debuted in 1990 after being selected through a children’s contest and has since become one of the most recognizable and community‑active mascots in the league. He appears at Mariners home games and hundreds of community events each year, embodying the fun and energy of the team.
