We are truly excited to announce our newly formed partnership with [Scott Trainum](https://www.linkedin.com/in/l-scott-trainum-06813210/) and the [Trainum Group](https://trainum.net/)! Upon acquiring PRSONAS™ before the global COVID-19 pandemic, we are witnessing an unmet need for an intelligent digital workforce to fill the growing personnel demands of businesses. We see businesses striving to reopen or simply adjust to a new way of providing the highest level of customer engagement while keeping a close eye on their operating costs. Can’t we all relate to that? One thing we’ve learned in the last year+ is, in order to remain successful, regardless of the industry you may be in, embracing new technology and incorporating innovative solutions is key to thriving, and essential to addressing the increasingly difficult challenges we now face.
