We understand that at PRSONAS, our voice is human. It's friendly, personal, clear, and simple. We always try to keep things as direct as possible with a casual feel. Our tone is informal but always factual. Somewhere in the middle between businesslike and friends chat with the occasionally conservative joke here and there. We do not take ourselves too seriously. However, we do work hard to understand our customers' problems and needs, and most importantly, we listen to them. We do our best to provide sound advice, even when it conflicts with the client's "wants" because providing the best direction for a project, whether technological or artistic, is our most important task. We do tend to keep our direct communication less formal.
For example, we would say:
Hey John!
Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I understand it completely. This is something we will improve for sure, and I'll get back to you as soon as it's done.

We wouldn't say:
Dear Mr. Smith,
This is something we have been thinking about improving for some time. We try to fix that as soon as our developers get a time slot for that issue. If you have a more detailed description of your issue, it would be very good for us if you could send it over.

Our primary audience is the innovators, disrupters, and leaders in their perspective industries. We're targeting the early adopters who see a change in how humans will engage with technologies moving forward. Those that see the benefit in automating the mundane and focusing on the value of human emotion and personal engagement.
PRSONAS likes to present a "fun" attitude to the public while maintaining our reputation as technical and experiential experts. We like to maintain a "light-hearted" tone in our writing yet maintain the expert knowledge-based presentation style that has served us well over the years. To achieve this, we do not limit ourselves to a particular style or single "voice" when creating presentation materials. We like the unique voice of the authors and developers to come through in the material. However, tossing in a joke or pun is not out of the question! The most important thing to bear in mind when creating our content is to have fun, no matter what you are doing!
PRSONAS, in an effort to present a consistent brand identity, will employ a standardized signature for all employees and contractors using a nuMediaInnovations.com email account. The name of the person should be in BLACK, the employee title and phone number should be in 80% gray. The fonts sizes are as follows:

Title font: 10.5 point, Italic
Cell font: 10.5 point, Regular
Quote font: 9 point A "Linkedin" button should be included with the URL link directly to the employee's page on Linkedin.com

The Quote is an opportunity to allow each employee their own personal statement on what inspires them and how they fit into the culture of nuMedia.
Please download the two logos below for use in your signature. They should remain in the same pixel resolution as downloaded. I.e. Do not scale them in your signature as they will degrade in quality and will be a different relative size to the approved signature defined above.
