** **How do holograms in [retail stores](https://www.prsonas.com/industries#retail) interact with customers? That's what partner Microsoft wanted to know when they plugged in a PRSONAS™ unit, turned on a camera and stepped back.

The venue was their flagship retail outlet in Seattle. Walk-in customers were introduced to our virtual product specialist, and then they were on their own--

Talking and touch screen, human to hologram.

The next step was critical. Since PRSONAS™ units are designed around end-user experience, short on-camera exit interviews let us know how we did.

Holograms in retail? Thumbs up or thumbs down? Check out Microsoft's video and see for yourself.
